Well it doesn't even allow me to push to stable after the 2 weeks now.

We already had 102.2.0. The 91.x series is discontinued, 91.13 was the last release, there won't be any more security fixes either, I think continuing with the 102 series is the right thing to do.

If more people would submit +1 karma here for F36 then the update would go through faster ;-)

This update fixes the Reiwa era display name and tzdata, but omits other changes that caused icu-63.2-1.fc30 to misbehave (see https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-c497e61c26).

Note: the dist.abicheck complaining about incompatible ABI changes is nonsense. Apparently it has some problem with var_arg functions.
