Not sure why, but LGTM now :)

After upgrading to 21.3.7, my pc crashes right after login. See 2058535

@jforbes sorry, didn't think about that. I'll make it good by finding the commit that caused my problem!

Sorry again :( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2048093 Still working with 5.16.2, because of troubles since 5.16.3 with AMGPU

My system is crashing on boot with this kernel. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2048093

Error: "[drm:amdgpu_dm_init.isra.0.cold [amdgpu]] ERROR Failed to register vline0 irq 30!" Same as before

Sorry for spamming, still crashing on boot because of Bug #2048093

Can't boot the computer anymore because of Bug #2048093 ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2048093 ) I can boot it with Kernel version 5.16.1 and 5.16.2, but 5.16.3, 5.16.4 and 5.16.5 don't work for me.

@jonathans No, they should not exist anymore. The bug has been fixed and will be rolled out with Firefox 92. What are you trying to achieve by settings browser.proton.enabled on Firefox 91 to false?

I cannot buy stuff on Ebay anymore, as the tab crashes when I want to pay. Reported the Bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1993639

Can't open Thunderbird anymore. Message "Your Thunderbird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." Downgrading to version 60.x helps.

The update solved the issues for me, however it does NOT remove the dependencies to python2 (which I find highly strange). Removing the old version and installing the new one instead of updating it is the preferred way.

BZ#1612847 anki-2.1.13 is available
BZ#1701691 Anki Startup Error
BZ#1711647 Anki doesn't start because of missing "sip" module

Firefox 63.0.3 does not fix any security issues. I'm wondering why the update marked as Type "security"?

Yes, Firefox is crashing every time I open a new tab anymore... So thumbs up :)

After updating I couldn't boot anymore. I'm using A DELL Latitude E6420 with full disk encryption. After typing in the password (fpr the decryption) it said something about "could not mount luks-**** partition". This even happens when trying again from an older kernel version, so I think it has something to do with the "kernel-header" package, as this is the only package of the kernel that isn't installed in parallel but actually updated/overwritten. Unfortunately I just updated to Fedora 28 yesterday and haven't tried to update to 4.16.9 , as I'm a bit scared now. Could someone else test this kernel with full disk encryption? Thank you!

@lea89 So have you tried it with a new profile or without any addons (safe-mode)? Maybe this causes the problem. [and you gave +1 as feedback?]

works for me

Works for me. At least you don't notice any performance regression on a desktop computer with that PTI patch, even though they are measurable (Firefox is about 2 to 3 % slower :( ).

@samoht0 @gbcox completely aggree with you guys. In my understanding tests are there to bring something into attention when they fail. So I thought I bring them the situation to your attention, as nobody would notice it when just marking it as "green".

@gbcox The Test Case "firefox addons" requires to install the Addons that are available in the Fedora repo and test them. I was just running that Test Case. If you think it makes more sense to test Addons that are in the Firefox market, I'm sure you can sumbit a change to that Test Case somewhere. Until then, the Test Case is defined as such.
