After a reboot and a double check of the kernel selection within Grub, it appears that kernel-5.17.1-300.fc36 is actually working now for the AR93xx Wireless Network Adapter or at least is more stable than kernel-5.17.0-300.fc36.
Test Case kernel regression

AR93xx Wireless Network Adapter is still not working in this version however it has been reported that in 5.17.2 the fix should be included. Other than this one major item, the kernel is generally functional.

Networking issues when using this kernel. Had to revert back to kernel-5.17.0-0.rc7.116.fc36.x86_64 which works without issue.
