Please ignore my previous comment -- I didn't realize Fedora 21 had added extra dependencies (which was kind of self-evident when I re-read the yum output...). It's working fine for me.
I'm unable to test this, I'm encountering what appears to be a circular dependency. I've never seen this before: Error: Package: kernel-3.17.8-300.fc21.x86_64 (/kernel-3.17.8-300.fc21.x86_64) Requires: kernel-core-uname-r = 3.17.8-300.fc21.x86_64 Installed: kernel-core-3.17.7-300.fc21.x86_64 (installed) kernel-core-uname-r = 3.17.7-300.fc21.x86_64 Available: kernel-core-3.17.4-301.fc21.x86_64 (fedora) kernel-core-uname-r = 3.17.4-301.fc21.x86_64 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
