This prevents cura-lulzbot from starting.
Anyone able to confirm that and open a bug? I don't have a Fedora 28 workstation at hand.

This breaks ABI and apparently also breaks other packages. Setting the unstable threshold to -8 is also a bit optimistic.
Added fedora-obsolete-packages-29-21 - that obsoletes python2-behave.

openssl10-compat was already in python2-2.7.15-7.fc29 which is already present in f29.
Not sure how this adds make, guile and libatomic-ops.
