The problems exist even without this final update. Previously, Fedora 37 had 3.11.0rc2.
Yes that's right. Sorry for being unclear. I meant it seems (to me) to be a bumpier upgrade than 3.9 to 3.10
Works for me! (Some of my pip dependencies do not have wheels yet but this is not Fedora packagers' problem, although this version seem worse because of some "frame" changes)

Only thing that didn't work was
dnf module install octave:4.4. Instead I had to
dnf module enable octave:4.4 and then
dnf install octave.
