Thanks to folks who tested this update. I've released 3.18.7 upstream, which should be functionally identical to 3.18.5. This update has been unpushed and I'm not currently planning to update Epiphany again in F23. If you installed this update, you might want to 'sudo dnf downgrade --allowerasing epiphany' if you experience issues with missing overview thumbnails, to get back to the same version that's in F23 stable.
Please note that extensions.gnome.org is "expected" to crash due to GNOME Shell installing a crashy browser plugin. Unfortunately nobody cares, but fortunately the plugin is going away soon-ish.
