Not at all, in relation to networking I still have to find way around with DNS caching: dnsmasq, systemd-resolved, bind have the same problem with making interface unresponsible after reaching a certain amount of queries. It appeared since 4.15 kernel version and never shows when booting with 4.14 on the same machine :)

On a positive note, my Plasma somehow eventualy 'stabilized' after several days of updates of the whole system and has nothing going by contrast to its previous version, except the KTorrent currently has no menu bar :)

Already have it in version 2.78-5 working :)
