The upstream bug is likely https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50345, though I don't see it in Fedora 34's clang.

I remember seeing it during the clang 12 release process, and it was later fixed (by downgrading it to a warning)

The freeze is over, can we have 13.0.0-release? I'm seeing
