Thanks - I will unpush for now, and do some more testing with gnome-terminal to see if the Fedora patches need updating.

Works fine here

As this went to stable yesterday, reverting is not an easy option, so I am building a gtk4 update with that patch included. Thanks @kparal for the notice!
Sorry, I had gupnp-igd ready to go, but it wasn't in the side tag. libnice also needed to be rebuilt, but hopefully this is done now.

Without more information, this is difficult to fix, but having just upgraded successfully myself, I suspect that you tried to update only one binary package (let's suppose gnome-desktop3), whereas you need to update gnome-desktop4 and any -devel subpackages at the same time, as the packages must all match versions.

The tarball release email at https://mail.gnome.org/archives/ftp-release-list/2022-February/msg00109.html lists translation updates, as well as working with newer pango, and a GtkEntry placeholder fix.

There was a change in VTE to how line height is measured: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/vte/-/issues/347 and there is some ongoing discussion, so that behaviour may change in the future. In short, the line height is now taken from the font metrics, and a fallback font (such as would be common with CJK locales) affects the calculated line height.
Thanks for the information! I made a merge request to get python-deprecation updated for F33, which should resolve that: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-deprecation/pull-request/4
Worked perfectly in an upgrade from F31 to F32. Thanks!
@bruce89 that is a mesa/gcc bug, fixed in mesa-18.2.4-2.fc29
